Introducing the Servify Diagnostics app, which is exclusively accessible to customers who are enrolled in any protection plan powered by Servify. You can now easily run diagnostics on your enrolled device when you purchase a plan. If your plan is eligible, you have a generous 10-day window from the Plan Purchase Date to complete the diagnosis.
To begin the diagnosis, you must receive a valid activation code via email. Once received, you can begin the diagnostic process. Youll need a second iPhone or iPad to capture images of your enrolled device for the diagnosis. The app will walk you through the diagnostic instructions, ensuring that you capture all of the required images correctly.
After capturing the necessary images, we will analyze the devices health based on the diagnostic results, determining whether or not the diagnosis was successful. If your diagnosis is successful, your protection plan will be activated.
Please keep in mind that if the device fails diagnostics, your plan will be canceled.
